Arya EHR was founded by three physicians from Vancouver BC. Upon completing their medical residency and fellowship they quickly realized that most of the EMRs on the market were dated, difficult to use, lacked the features they needed, were slow and very expensive.
They thought, "There has to be a better option!"
However, when they searched the options in the market, they couldn't find an affordable solution that was designed for the needs of physicians, that incorporated all the functionality they needed (results, billing, patient reminders, e-Fax and more).
Everything was old, clunky and expensive.
"WE CAN DO THIS BETTER."
So they set out to build a better "widget" (EMR). As established physicians, working daily in clinics with MOAs and patients, they had the knowledge and experience on how an EMR should flow. They put this experience to paper and started mapping out a new platform. That was 2015. Now, in 2019, the design, features and functionality of Arya have evolved into a cutting edge, robust platform that meets the needs of specialists, family physicians, medical office assistants, office managers and clinicians. Our EMR includes a range of data points and features, including demographics, medical history, medication and allergies, immunization status, laboratory test results, radiology images, vital signs, personal statistics like age and weight, e-prescriptions, tele-health and billing tools.
