With our user-friendly interface, physicians can now effortlessly accept or deny referrals with just a couple of simple clicks. Additionally, Arya EHR users are now able to comprehensively triage each referral, whether it be waitlisted, approved, denied, or pending additional investigation prior to being seen. This streamlines the management of patient referrals and enhances overall workflow efficiency. It ensures transparent oversight into the referral triage process, where you can be sure patients have all pre-visit investigation completed prior to being seen. The new referrals module gives excellent visualization of patient flow and wait-times, allowing you to allocate clinical resources accordingly. This enhancement is designed to empower healthcare providers with a more intuitive and time-saving approach to handling referrals within their practice.
With the new referral update, Arya Users are able to triage referrals. With this enhancement, physicians and MOA’s now have the capability to prioritize and determine the urgency of incoming referrals, allowing for a more strategic and efficient patient management process. This update provides a clear visibility into the priority level of each referral, enabling physicians to promptly address the most urgent referrals.
You now have both list formats and table formats you can toggle for all your referrals, and ability to apply multiple layers of labels & categorization per your liking. The list format provides a visual representation of the referral by displaying the picture but also enables users to allocate it to the appropriate physician while conveniently labeling its urgency status, streamlining the referral process for optimal patient care. With the newly introduced table view in Arya EHR’s referral update, MOAs and physicians gain a comprehensive overview of referral categorizations, including active, pending, urgent, approved, waitlist, completed, and rejected statuses. This streamlined interface facilitates real-time collaborations as MOAs and physicians can discuss the status of each referral within a dedicated chat box. In the table view, users can easily access vital details such as patient name, referring source, assigned physician, referral status, and appointment booking information, offering a centralized hub for efficient referral management.
