How long have you worked with Arya?
My position at Arya is my first role in healthcare, and as of May I have worked at Arya for one whole year. It flew by really fast but I definitely enjoyed it.
Favorite Animal?
My favorite animal is of course my cat Simon, and dog Hermes, but if we are looking at a species of animal then I would say the Siberian Tiger because it is from my homeland and they are fierce apex predators.
Summarize what you do here/ average day
I am responsible for a variety of tasks related to marketing and sales but as in most startups I wear multiple hats. I write blog posts, create visual media for our social media channels, generate sales leads and manage the scheduling of demos of our software. When I'm not doing those things you can find me helping out with a task for another department.
Favorite TV series?
I rarely watch TV shows but I am obsessed with sports so you can find me watching the NBA, NFL, NHL, or virtually any sports event that's going on at the time.
Describe the company culture
Currently the Arya culture is being cultivated and refined by the wonderful team of employees at Arya. Although all of my work is being done virtually, the mood is always great and I am still able to make meaningful connections with my colleagues at Arya.
What is your favorite part about working at Arya?
The daily interactions with all of the people at Arya. Everyone who we have on our team is always bringing their best self to work, and they are always willing to help me out whenever I may need it. Since this was my first time working in the healthcare industry I had a ton of questions and I needed to learn a lot and because of their willingness to help I was able successfully transition into my role and make meaningful contributions.
What about Arya EHR gets you excited for the future of healthcare?
The reaction that we get from our customers! It is amazing to hear how much more efficient their practice becomes when they use Arya EHR. It is a great feeling to know that you’re helping to simplify healthcare and after hearing these reactions I am excited to see how Arya will continue to disrupt and advance the healthcare industry.
