When we started Arya, we had one goal: give physicians their time back. Every hour spent on charting, sorting faxes and chasing referrals is an hour taken away from patients.

From day one, we believed AI would be the biggest lever for winning that time back. But only if it was done right. That’s why Arya is an AI-forward company, and why every AI feature we ship is built in-house, directly into the EMR.

Built in, not bolted on

Most clinics today get their AI the hard way. A scribe from one vendor, a fax tool from another, and a referral service from a third. Each comes with its own login, its own subscription and its own way of doing things.

The result is more work, not less. Notes get copied from one window and pasted into another. Data has to be checked twice because the systems don’t fully talk to each other. Costs add up with every new tool. And when one piece stops working, the whole workflow stalls.

We took a different path. Every AI capability in Arya is designed, built and maintained by our own team, inside the same platform where you chart, book and bill. That means:

Arya became the first Canadian EMR with a fully integrated AI scribe. It listens to the visit and drafts the note right inside the chart, so physicians can stay focused on the patient instead of the keyboard.

2024: AI Dictation

Speak naturally, anywhere in the chart, and Arya turns it into clean documentation instantly.

2025: AI eFax Triaging

The fax inbox is one of the biggest time sinks in any clinic. Arya now reads, sorts and routes incoming faxes automatically, so staff spend their time on patients, not paperwork.

2025: AI Referral Management

Incoming referrals are processed automatically, with the key information added straight to the patient chart. No retyping, and nothing falls through the cracks.

2026: AI Results

Lab and diagnostic reports are handled the moment they arrive and surfaced where they matter, so important findings never sit unnoticed.

2026: AI Clinical Assist

Clinical questions don’t wait until the end of the day. AI Clinical Assist is a medical information platform and clinical decision-support search engine built specifically for healthcare professionals, right inside Arya.
